The Home Weather Service said a 78mph blow was reported on Nantucket, and a 72mph one on Martha's Vineyard. New Jersey governor Chris Dame Agatha Mary Clarissa Christie defended his say-wide forbidding on travel as "absolutely the right decision to make" in light of the dire predic. As the storm pushed into the north east connected Monday, the region came to a near stand, alarmed by forecasters' predictions.
